You can cancel any Website order (excluding bespoke or made to measure Products) and receive a full refund (excluding standard delivery charges) by e-mailing us through our Contact Us page. (including order number, post/zip code and telephone number) at any time before the Product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery.
If an item is returned for refund, it is the buyers responsibility to return the item to us, in the condition it was delivered in. All new cables and multiplexer must be returned in new condition, since we have to resell them, as new. The original postage fee that was paid to ship the item to you is not refundable, but as long as the item was returned in the condition it was sent, and received by us within our 14-day return time limit, then the full costs of the item will be refunded. The boxes we use to ship you the item is a one-time-use box, so it may no longer be adequate for return shipping.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the item is packed in a reasonable condition, so as not to get damaged in transit back to us. We will not refund items that arrive back damaged, so you MUST take out applicable insurance from your end, in the worst case scenario of the item being damaged, or missing. All items returned for refund must reach us within 14 days of delivery to you. There is also a non-refundable Paypal fee of 4% - this is what Paypal charge us, and Paypal do not return that fee when a refund is processed.
The returned item must be shipped back to us using the same courier service that delivered it to you - DHL Express. We can organise a return shipment for you, through DHL Express, and the cost of retuning the item will be the same cost as the original cost of shipment to you. This will be deducted from your refund amount. If the Return is within the UK, the charge will be £18.
The return documentation must be marked as "RETURN FOR REFUND", otherwise we will not be able to clear it through Customs, and will be returned to your country of shipment.
